Tengo el inmenso agrado de presentarles formalmente mi nuevo trabajo discográfico, el cual fue editado y subido gracias al interesantísimo sello viajero inmovil y su notable mentor Felipe Surkan, quien no ha parado de descubrir y poner en valor nuevas músicas surgidas a través de nuestro inmenso País.

“Artefacto con Cuerdas” es una nueva invención sonora gestada como una suerte de dúo entre guitarrista (yo) e ingeniero de sonido : Lucas Alves de Lima, quien, además de ser un notable capitán de la consola de grabación, es un músico talentosísimo e inacabable, quien además ha creado su propio sello musical que bien vale la pena también explorar. Con él también trabajo en otros proyectos musicales muy valiosos como Victoria Derrota o Aberratio Ictus, grupos que también están incluidos en la nómina de su sello Amnesia Prenatal.

En “Artefacto con Cuerdas”, hemos investigado y trabajado arduamente en las tareas de edición, mezcla y masterizado, son 7 composiciones donde el sonido de la guitarra eléctrica es una cuestión central, este trabajo fue concebido como una suerte de collage musical donde yo grabé secciones de distintas duraciones con la guitarra eléctrica, luego el ingeniero de sonido las presentó como una suerte de mazo de naipes sobre la mesa y las ordenó de manera creativa y sensible creando así juntos las 7 composiciones que forman parte del disco.

Quiero destacar que en mi imaginería musical la cual considero al menos consistente, la música de disco es como un matrimonio accidental entre una guitarra eléctrica y una IA.

It´s a big pleasure to present my new record, which was edited and uploaded thanks to "Viajero Inmóvil Records", a music label under his remarkable mentor Felipe Surkan, who never stopped discovering and editing new musical expressions that have emerged throughout our immense Country.

“Artefacto con Cuerdas” is a new sound invention gestated as a kind of duet between a guitarist (myself) and a sound engineer (Lucas Alves de Lima) whom, in addition of being a talented captain of the console, also has created his own music label that is also worth exploring. I also worked with him on others very valuable musical projects such as "Victoria Derrota" or "Aberratio Ictus", groups that are also included in the collection of his "Amnesia Prenatal" label.

In “Artefacto con Cuerdas", we have researched and worked hard on editing, mixing and mastering; there are seven compositions where the sound of the electric guitar is the central issue. This work was conceived as a kind of musical collage where I recorded sections of different durations with the electric guitar, then the sound engineer presented them as a kind of deck of cards on the table and arranged them in a creative and sensitive way, thus creating together the 7 compositions that are part of the album.

I want to point out that in my musical imagery, which I consider to be at least consistent, the music of this album is like an accidental marriage between an electric guitar and an AI.
